Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. To obtain a product in another colour or size, the customer must return the original item and place a new order through Little Baebe's Baby Boutique website.

Returning a product for any reason

At Little Baebe's Baby Boutique we understand that sometimes a product is not quite right and you may wish to have a refund.

Generally the following applies: We will gladly refund any purchase (except personalised items) made within 14 days after you have received the item(s) excluding the delivery cost. The products you return must be in perfect condition - not worn, opened, used or washed and in the original packaging. Upon satisfactory inspection of the returned product, Little B's Baby Boutique will refund the product price within thirty (30) days after receiving notice of product return and order cancellation of the customer. Shipping costs are never reimbursed (except in case of incorrect or defective items)

You will be responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item. Returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility. . We recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage as unfortunately, we aren’t responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. 

Products purchased during any sale period are non-refundable.

To start a return please email hello@littlebaebe.co.uk with your proof of purchase and please state why you would like to return the product.

Returning a faulty product

Firstly, we are sorry that you may have received a faulty item, or your item has inccured a fault. If you believe your item is faulty please send a clear image of the item with an explanation of the fault, plus proof of purchase, to hello@littlebaebe.co.uk for review within 28 days of purchase. Once we have confirmed the item is faulty, a fixed or new item will be sent to you free of charge or we can process a full refund if requested. We may require you to return the item to us, in this instance we will send a you a free of charge returns label. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to a customer damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 1 month after delivery. Any items displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.





Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
